Ateneo de Davao University is a private Catholic university run by the Society of Jesus in Southern Mindanao in the Philippines. Established in 1948 it has varied educational disciplines that include School of Arts and Sciences, School of Business and Governance and College of Nursing.

Having two campuses, it is the Jacinto Campus that houses the colleges of the university including the Graduate Programs and the College of Law. Matina Campus has elementary and high school facilities. All of these are located in the center of Silicon Gulf, Davao City.

The School of Arts and Sciences is subdivided into seven divisions - Engineering & Architecture, Humanities, Natural Science and Mathematics, Philosophy, Social Science and Education, Theology and Computer Studies.

School of Business Governance undergraduate courses include two divisions namely BSA-MA Division and Business Management Division with seven academic programs namely Accountancy, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resource, Management Accounting and Marketing. Also there are Social Work and Psychology programs as also mandatory theology and philosophy courses.
