Central Luzon State University is the lead agency of the Muñoz Science Community and the seat of the Regional Research and Development Center in Central Luzon. Till date it remains the premiere institution for agriculture in the Philippines. It is well acknowledged for its research on aquaculture, ruminants, crops, orchard, and water management.

Central Luzon State University is the most prestigious institution of higher learning in the country, having continually produced well-trained people and providing noteworthy services. Celebrating its centenary in 2007 Central Luzon Agricultural College had been offering graduate courses in agriculture and related fields.

The University campus is a sprawling 6urism.

With its unique curriculum, the University promotes agriculture and mechanic arts which combined practicum and academic work. In time the University has emerged as the “mother of vocational agriculture schools” in the country. From its basic agriculture orientation Central Luzon State University has turned into a comprehensive higher education institution offering various undergraduate and graduate courses.
