Colegio de Dagupan is a private non-sectarian college located in Dagupan City in the Philippines. It is recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and accredited by Philippines Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).

The main building that is formally called the Felisa Arzadon Memorial Edifice is a five storey structure that offers Associate Courses in Computer Science, Secretarial, Electronics and Communication Engineering and BS Aircraft Technology. As enrollments increased the college added an annexe called Felisa Arzadon Memorial Extension providing more classrooms for the growing student population. More courses like BS Accountancy, BS Commerce major in Management Information Systems, AB Major in Computer Teaching and BS Aeronautics Engineering began to be offered. The College affirms its commitment to academic excellence by recognizing the best and brightest students every semester.

Colegio de Dagupan provides financial assistance to all qualified students. Currently the college has an open admissions policy to all those who wish to pursue college education. Admission is based on the agreed academic standards and as per regulations and policies set by the College.
