Father Saturnino Urios University is a Catholic private university run by the Diocese of Butuan in Butuan City, Philippines. With two campuses – a main campus in the heart of Butuan City housing academic units and offices, and the new Morelos campus at Libertad Barangay, it is a home grown university in the Caraga region.

The university offers several academic programs like Arts and Sciences, Law, Nursing, Business Administration, Teacher's Education, Engineering and Technology, Computer Studies, Accountancy and Graduate Studies Program.

The Arts and Sciences education have a general education in all programs that primarily develop student's world view and competencies in relation to the macro environment for the proffered subjects.

Recognized as the first university in Butuan city Father Saturnino Urios University is located on San Francisco Street near St. Joseph Cathedral. Ever since its establishment it has become increasingly progressive over the years. On September 19, 2006, the school became the first university of Butuan city and the Caraga Region.
