Holy Angel University is located in Angeles City in the province of Pampanga, Philippines. Founded in 1933 the University sits on a seven-hectare campus in a prime area of the city. It is the largest university in Central Luzon.

As an institution of higher learning the university continually excels.  Its research, community involvement and linkages ensure that both curriculum and instruction are in line to changing times. Following the semester pattern this catholic university trains students to learn independence, reflective thinking and a curiosity for life.

Students are aptly coached in chosen careers and vocations. Holy Angel University has a Level III accredited status from the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) for its Accountancy, Arts & Sciences, Business Administration, Education and Engineering programs.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has conferred an Autonomous Status on the University. Also it has received an international accreditation from the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE)—the only school in the Philippines and the Far East to have done so.
