The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College is a public college in the Philippines. Its main campus is located in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur. The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College was created by virtue of RA 8urses.

It was signed into law by President Fidel V. Ramos in 1998. ISPSC is a comprehensive multi-campus institution of higher learning with a main campus in Santa Maria and other campuses strategically located in six municipalities in the second district of the province. Some campuses are in interior, upland municipalities.

It is mandated to provide professional and technical training both in the undergraduate and the graduate levels in the fields of economics, agriculture, fishery, trade, home industry, engineering, education, forest research and conservation, management, finance, accounting and business administration, public administration and other fields.
