Isabella State University is a public university in the Philippines. It is mandated to provide advanced instruction in the arts, agricultural and natural sciences as well as in technological and professional fields. Its main campus is located in Echague, Isabela.

Isabela State University is a globally recognized institution of higher learning for people empowerment and sustainable development. It is committed to train and develop students to become professionally competent graduates, to undertake research, extension and resource generation.

The University trains professionals in the various fields such as education, communication, business and entrepreneurship and is engaged in research to seek new technologies and promote new knowledge in the other professions.

Formed by the integration of Isabela State College of Agriculture at Echague and Cagayan Valley Institute of Technology at Cabagan the merger identified Echague Campus as the main campus and administrative site and mandated the University to establish an effective and efficient institution of higher learning.
