Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila or the University of the City of Manila is a municipal government-funded, tuition-free, university in Intramuros in Manila. This chartered, autonomous university, established in 196.

The lone college set up initially has sprung to 12 colleges, seven graduate, two professional schools, and a score of research and specialized centers. Included are a teaching hospital and an entrepreneurial center. PLM maintains a comprehensive distance education and Open University program with affiliations and recognition from national and international bodies.

Arts and Sciences degree programs at the undergraduate level are conferred through College of Accountancy & Economics, College of Architecture & Urban Planning, College of Engineering & Technology, College of Human Development, College of Liberal Arts, College of Management & Entrepreneurship, College of Mass Communication, College of Nursing, College of Physical Education, Recreation & Sports, College of Physical Therapy, College of Science, College of Tourism, Hotel & Travel Industry Management.

Postgraduate studies are administered through Open University and distance learning program, the College of Law, the College of Medicine and the six graduate schools, including the Emeritus College, Graduate School of Arts, Sciences & Education, Graduate School of Health Sciences, Graduate School of Engineering, Graduate School of Law, Graduate School of Management, and President Ramon Magsaysay Graduate School of Public Governance.
