The University is officially accredited Level II for the College of Medicine that is among the top performing schools having an overall passing percentage of 92%.  The College of Nursing BSN Program has been granted Level III by PAASCU. The University has four departments - College of Medicine, Nursing, Physical Therapy and Graduate School.

The University houses the school campus and hospital complex that is located along Aurora Boulevard in Quezon City. The UERM Memorial Medical Center Library provides for the needs of all activities requiring library services in the Medical Center. It maintains over 30,000 volumes and subscribes to local and international journals.

Research is one of the important functions of this academic institution. The Research Institute is the unit of the Medical Center that is responsible for carrying out this function promoting, managing and supporting research and development in the fields of health sciences, service and education.
