The University of Regina Carmeli is a private, non-stock, nonprofit Catholic Institution located in Malolos City in the Philippines. It is about 44 kilometers north of Manila and has been serving the Bulacan province region for the last seventy years.

The University has courses on offer that include Doctor of Business Management, Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Social Work and Hospitality Management. It has campuses in Catmon, Barasoain and in Bangkal.

The University is accredited by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU), the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) and the International Organization for Standardization.
